  • You’ll receive a personalized email before your session with the exact meeting location — typically beginning near Lake McDonald or another scenic stop selected for optimal afternoon light.

  • The Bright Side session usually begins around 4:00 PM, timed to make the most of the warm, soft light and quieter afternoon hours in the park.

  • We photograph in nearly all conditions — and some of the most breathtaking images come from unexpected weather. Rain, clouds, and mist often add beauty and mood to your portraits. We do not reschedule due to weather.

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable for any reason, including weather, travel issues, park access delays, or personal emergencies. Please book only if your travel plans are confirmed.

  • We welcome solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups — up to 6 people max. Due to Glacier’s commercial photography regulations, we’re unable to accommodate groups larger than 6.

  • Wear comfortable shoes and bring layers — mornings and evenings can be cool. A water bottle and a light snack are also helpful. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Most sessions last about 1.5 hours, giving plenty of time for multiple scenic locations and a relaxed experience.

  • Your fully edited photo gallery will be delivered within 24 hours of your session via a beautiful online album — ready to download, share, or print.

  • Yes — your gallery connects to a premium print shop where you can easily order fine art prints, wall displays, or keepsake albums.

  • Everything is booked directly through our website. Simply choose your session type, pick your date, and reserve your time — it only takes a few minutes.
